I was wondering if anyone knew if the Liberty Meadows Wedding Album (which has been out for awhile) was a reprinted story or did it consist of new stuff at the time?

I believe it was new stuff. I can't quite recall and the issue is buried right now, but I think Cho did it as a transitional issue (a "Special" sort of) from the syndicated strip to the comic book series.
