Default Which villains need a revamp? Where would u like them revamped? And by who?

I love me some villains, but I'm getting sick of seeing Osborn, Doom, Loki, The Red Skull, the Hood(effing gross) everywhere, and hardly any other villains get a chance.

Who'd you like to see come back?

Thanos

Maelstrom

Elements of Doom

Korvac

Badoon

Count Nefaria

Serpent Society

D'Spayre

Living Pharoah/Monolith

Other.

I think Warren Ellis could do a wonder not necessarily revamping, but bringing Kang back to the Marvel Universe. Also, Ultron.

The Badoon, Kang, and Maelstrom have all been in (or will soon be in) Guardians of the Galaxy. And, really, I wouldn't be shocked to see Thanos or Korvac pop up there, given what's going on with the Magus/abstracts storyline and the time travel/original Guardians storyline.

As far as villains who need an update go, I'll say . . . Terrax. Annihilation left him primed for a return to epic-scale villainy, but nobody's really followed through.

Hmmm... I think I need to pick that book back up again. Maelstrom is ZOMGAWESOME, that I'm in need of some him. And yeah, Terrax would be awesome to come back real soon.

A personal favorite is Hydro-Man. I know, not a big gun, but if he had any brains (and a new name) he could be very creepy. Water kills and gives life. Of course, then he might be too powerful for Spider-man.

I'd like to see Daniel Knauf give Baron Mordo the Brother Justin/Mandarin treatment.

Rather than bring back some big villain that hasn't been seen for a few years (*cough* Thanos *cough*) I'd like to see them develop some new villains or take some obscure villains and make them good. I get tired of reading about the same old ones over and over again. And bringing the dead ones cheapens the significance of their death (*cough* Thanos *cough*). As Guardians is currently showing, you can have a cast of D listers and still have it be great if the writing is good. And a great writer can make a D list villain into an A lister.

Doctor Octopus needs a sassy makeover. That bowl haircut is so medieval that it's a torture to look at. I think that he should consider using a conditioner and then blowing out with a hairdryer. Then apply a humectant pomade for some some volume and control. Alternatively, he could stay with the bowlcut and grow a soul patch for a retro beatnik look, maybe switch to some granny glasses like John Lennon wore.

And that costume is dreadful! With pale skin, winter colors like that brazen green and orange are all wrong for Otto. His brown hair suggests that he might be more of an autumn person, in which he could work with muted shades of those colors, perhaps olive and chocolate tones.

Thanos, Nefaria and actually the rest of other villains to satisfy at least 7:1 villains to heroes ratio. Number of good villains in Marvel are severely lacking and certainly among the cause why there are so much infighting among heroes.

Then you have a chorus of fanboys crying that "The Hood" is being crammed down their throats.

I think the.. Death Throes? Is that their name.. the gang of evil jugglers deserve some spotlight. I'm serious. Someone could make them a credible threat.

I don't think Dr. Octopus was ever meant to look like he was in style. It adds to the creepy factor of the guy.

Hydra, AIM, Viper

When Cap died and SHIELD imploded these organizations should have went hogwild.
