One of the most prolific fighters in the MU, some of the best written stories in the MU and one of the most respected heroes in the MU. Is he still one of the "heroes for Hire" he used to be during "World War Hulk"?

For all intents and purposes, he's still the son of Fu Manchu to me. That's how he was refered to in the book. I don't think he's with Heroes For Hire anymore.

are there Essential reprints yet? if not, I guess the Fu Manchu rights are still the nail in the tire?

And that's the sad part. I don't think Marvel thinks of Shang as a huge enough character to work out some deal to have an Essentials reprint even though he had some of the best stories and creative talent.

It's a one-shot. It's black and white (like some of those magazine-sized specials they used to do).

But it's $3.99 for four stories, totaling 48 pages.

Reminds me of Deadly Hands of Kung Fu. Have Shang and Deadpool ever appeared together before?

That'd be awesome. I wish Doug Moench were still writing for Marvel. He wrote the definitive Shang and Moonie imo.
