I'm really happy that this series is making Stryfe the badass that he's always been, I really am curious to see what kind of role he is going to play after MW.

No, but in there specifically at the request of Nyssane, and allowed, as she was a member of the X-satellite team of sometimes foes/sometimes allies known as the six-pack.

Deadpool, Deathstrike, Moira MacTaggart, and Donald Pierce are among the other non-mutant X-characters in there, who are included in it, with an asterisk next to their name.

Anyway... back on topic... Elixir hanging with Cable and Logan is a serious step up for the character. He's right there, doing the field medic thing. I'm impressed.

My friend, had it not been for my Internet going screwy, I totally would've made a crack about how this is the closest Wolvie will ever get to have his own LOTR.

Let's look at a few... similarities:

Mount Doom = Stryfe's Big-A$$ Fortress Thingy
Sauron = Stryfe
Saruman = Bishop

Elrond = Cyke
Ring = Hope
Ringbearer = Cable
Fellowship = Wolvie, X-23, Warpath, Warren, Dom, Elixir, Vanisher, Cable, Hope, Deadpool
Gollum = Deadpool

Sure, they couldn't quite fit in a Gandal-esque figure and the math ain't perfect, but it's pretty freakin close, lol. You just *know* Craig & Kyle totally had a LOTR marathon last year.

Honest to God, you have not seen anything yet. Josh Foley is about to seriously earn his stripes.

I'm glad there's no Gandalf, for then the ending of Messiah War would have midgets bouncing in a bed for his enjoyment. Weird.

Can you at least say in what chapter we'll see that?

Jarrod did suggest someone going down on Elixir.

Surely there's an open-minded Power Top or two amongst Wolvie's Fellowship.

X-23 is the only one I can think of.
