Default Best Fights in Spider-Man stories?

I start with A.S.M#09. By Stan Lee and Steve Dikto.
In one pannel of a page Electro beat up Spider-Man as far as i remember.
And the rest of the story was great.

And for more recent stuff.

A.S.M#328 . By David Michelinie and Tod McFarlane.
While Spider-Man had the cosmic powers in the story,he send Hulk to outer space with one punch.

I personally like Spidey's first fight with Morlun. I don't normally like these "strong for the sake of being strong" type of bad guys, but it really felt like Spidey's back was against the wall fighting Morlun and that nothing he could do could seem to slow this guy down. I know its his book and all, but I was generally concerned for the well being of Spidey in that fight, and had no idea how he was going to be able to take Morlun down.

This issue was 22 pages of sheer Spidey vs Doc Ock battle greatness. It was awesome. The big climax to the Owl/Ock/Black Cat getting shot arc.

The Spectacular Spider-Man#75. By Bill Mantlo and Al Milgron.
Visually the story is great.
Didnt liked much Al Milgron art in the past comparing to other artist`s of that time.
But i think Al Milgron art is very good now.
And the writing is very good as well.

Amazing Spider-Man#149. By Gerry Conway and Ross Andru.
A great story.
Spider-Man facing the original Clone,The final fight between Spider-Man and the Jackal.
On a side note i think just this story and Amazing Spider-Man 150 can be much better than the whole Clone Saga of the 90`s.

I think Spider-Man first fight with Morlun was very well written.
And John Romita Jr did a fantastic art in that story as far as i remember.

Spidey's first fight with Doctor Octopus in ASM #3 stands out for me, as well as the vast majority of Ditko drawn fights. Ditko was fantastic at choreographing fight scenes, no modern artists come close.

Amen to that.I was ready to write about this issue but you mention it first.I loved the first battle between Ock and Spidey. It makes me to appreciate old school choreography. Also,i loved ASM 12,where Ock unmasked Spidey.I loved their battle in this issue.

Except PPSSM 75 and 78,another favourite battle of Ock vs Spidey was in issues 173-175.I loved Ock being scripted by Sal Buschema.

Also,i loved Spiderman vs Green Goblin at ASM 39-40.Except PPSM 75,no other fight was as dramatic and great as the first 2 Lee-Romita issues.

Please tell me you're talking about that time he was trying to prevent Juggy from kidnapping Madame Web.

Agreed.

Read that story a good while ago,and never reread it again, still think the art there was briliant by Ross Andru.
Didnt liked much how the fight between Super-Man and Spider-Man was written.
But besides that i think that story is great.
