- Herc, Namora, and Athena are waiting in Washington for the Amazons to arrive. Artume frees Atlas and sics him on the heroes. Herc and Namora manage to defeat him (by hitting him in the nuts).
- Cho tries to escape in the chaos, and is rescued from his pursuers by Delphyne, who survived because Artume had no knowledge of Gorgon anatomy, so what she thought was her heart was not. - In a near-miss for our heroes, Artume succeeds in remaking reality. In the new House of A, the world is apparently a fairly benevolent Femtopia, where Cho is President Artume's assistant; the Avengers consist of X-23, a Phoenix-powered Emma Frost, Invisible Woman, and a female Spider-Man (who we know from solicits to be MJ). Another strong issue; the writers continue to juggle drama, comedy, and continuity expertly.

Fairly benevolent Femtopia? I dunno...
The world's women seem to be doing okay, but we haven't seen from the men, beyond Cho who might be a special case.

From the street scene, a lot of them seem to be just walking around. No doubt there'll be a dark underbelly, but everybody's not locked up in pens or anything, which is what I was expecting.

Another fun issue.
Judging by the reality altering pics Namora doesn't seem to be as much into Herc as he is into her. Poor guy's gonna get his heart broke. Loved the chibi- Cho, Delph and Herc that was a funny little art bit. The panel where Artume elbows Delph in the face was very well done. It conveyed the impact better than most hit-to- the-face panels. |

NUHKRAKK!
If it weren't for INCOGNITO #1, this would be the best book on the stands this week. |

Another great issue and I love how this ends with a cliff-hanger on the "fate of the world" with one issue of the story to go!
Loved how Herc's fantasy was with Namora, while hers was with her cousin! Ahhh, royality I was thrilled to see Delphyne back and I too am curious about her physiology. I loved the intro with George Washington seeing the vision of Atlas when the axis of power changed. Great link from our beginning to the ancient Greeks. Next month's issue can't get here soon enough! How does Herc overcome this new world, heck where is Herc in this new world? And what will Cho do as the assistant to President Artume?

Yes, really good issue. I usually pick this up and say, "why am I reading a Herc book? I thought I was continuing The Hulk". Well Hulk sucks royally and Herc is always entertaining., so I hope they keep Herc going.
My only question is; What happened to Hera and Pluto from the end of last issue? Weren't they taking over? . |

Can this book possibly get any more entertaining? I swear every month it gets better. The nutshot scene was hilarious, as was the "Marry me" from Herc right after. Damn, I love this series.
