X-Men: Final Destination
Charles Xavier has become Apocalypse's newest greatest horsemen of Death. His telepathy and newly acquired metacreativity powers (the ability to shape anything out of then air so long as he thinks it, using astral goop.) make him a major threat, but there is one side effect to Death Chuck. He's very theatrical. How does he kill the X-Men?

Rogue and Bishop's daughter would be called Discharge, and she'd touch people and drain all or some of their bioelectrical energy out of them causing them to either die or fall unconscious. She could then use this energy to extend her own life, heal herself, enhance her physical abilities (speed, strength, stamina,) or discharge it as various energy beams.
