I read a newsboard saying that something from Angel's past is coming back to literally bite him and his connection the purifiers.

Is it possible that Cameron Hodge last since in X-Tinction Agenda is source of the purifiers tech? He is infected with the transmode virus and he did study mutants in Genosha.
