Young puts up a good fight, but Bachalo comes out ahead.

As much as I love Bachalo, Young takes this prize far and away for me.

Scottie Young really was extraordinary this year, Bachalo did great this year as well, but Young's art gave the New X-Men a feel that was undeniable.

Bachalo's been sublime as usual, but Young really deserves it this year. He's been flat out amazing and really charged NXM with something special.
Choi's been solid too, but Cassaday's been largely forgettable. Still, I'd put Ramondi, Hairsine, Simone and even Larocca ahead of either. |

Skottie Young ftw. Seriously, when he came onto the book, he really made the book a must read. But Bachalo was great as always.

Bachalo!!!!
I love Skottie, his NXM run was sexy as hell, but Bachalo has become my favorite artist out there right now. I love his art on so many levels.

Oh it's so hard to choose. Bachalo, Young, and Choi are all wonderful artists. But I had to go with Young on this one. He was awesome.
