Looks awesome; Brubaker can seldom do wrong in my book. The art is nice, too (all Medina needs now is a guest-shot on Runaways and he'll have done all the big teen teams).
So Kate is tagging alone on Patriot's adventure (with an assist from Wiccan). So, they appear to be living at home, which seems to suggest "registered" to me, since if they were on the run, their homes seem like the most obvious places to look. Maybe they've not been sent to Hammond, or otherwise are on leave/vacation/whatever.

Not as far as we know. That was one of the major issues with the idea that "1602" was a 616 story.

Maybe Heinberg has been sitting around the last 6 weeks and wrote several issues that can be ready for consumption at a monthly pace. The way this strike is panning out, he could have several years in the can....
