She died in New X-Men #150, where she was given a stroke by Magneto. Damn you, Morrison.

But she's not dead....the editors have got it wrong, its like they didnt even read the book....

Her body is not in the ground anymore. She finally accepted that she and Phoenix are ONE person and she PHYSICALLY traveled to the white hot room.

The editors and the books say that she is dead and she has severed herself from the Phoenix. Whether or not that was the original intent of Endsong it didnt happen.

I know the editors are all like "theres no plans for Jean at all, she's dead" but I truly believe there is something in store for her, but Marvel has a problem with letting things out of the bag and so tehy are denying it all together.

They say theres no plans for Scarlet Witch, but how do u have a HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGE summer crossover with her as the "Villain" and then just end it without following up on her.

Because the editors don't know what they are doing. Duh...;)

Her death in NXM 150 actually makes sense, now that we know it was connected to Avengers Disassembled.

Wanda gave everyone their worst fear. Jean, a cosmic entity, was vulnerable enough to die.

She was killed by Xorneto and hopefully will stay dead for at least another decade. Enough with the Phoenix inneundos and stories. Rachel Summers will do just fine.

Um, thats the problem, everyone thinks Rachel is a replacement for Jean, but she isnt. Shes totally different(well except for the powers).

I want Jean back just to prove Rachel and Jean can both be X-men at the same time and not be redundant.

I like Rachel. I like Jean.

There i said it! The two can exist in comics at the same time, what's the big flippin' deal here...readers aren't that stoopid to confuse them just because they have red hair (or are they???) The two have different personalities & I don't see why people can't enjoy them both.

And Chinwe...as for the Wanda thing

Amen to that.

It should never be a Jean vs. Rachel thing... the characters reconciled, so should the fans.

it should be everyone against Emma.
