Hobgoblin's a bit redundant with Norman Osborn back. Plus, he appeared more recently than Kaine. And the reception to the first Roger Stern Visionaries was underwhelming (more due to the issues chosen than anything else IMO.) And his first appearances were collected in a UK-exclusive trade.
