Does Superman feel it?

He totally feels it. He'd more than feel it. It'd say the Hulk may even draw blood or break his nose.

Superman would still win, but it's not like the Hulk is just totally beneath his notice like if Spider-Man hit him or something.

What's the Hulk's biggest feat now? Shaking continents with his steps? Breaking an asteroid that keeps changing sizes depending upon who is relating the event? Anyway, Superman probably feels it but that's a pretty wide definition in terms of how much effect it has.

I'd say he'd certainly feel it if it's an uber pissed Hulk, probably be hurting, but a single hit shouldn't be enough to take him out of the fight.

It would probably send supes flying into buildings and shit.

It would definitely stagger him for a few hundredths of a second.
