Amid the throngs of teenage girls, two men walked silently out the movie theatre. Both sporting black overcoats, the slightly taller one had dark hair, the other sporting a blonde bleach job.

The taller one spoke first. "That ... was odd."

The blond one lit up his cigarette before replying. "More than that mate, that was evidence of a seriously disturbed mind."

The darker one tried to convey all that was wrong with the last few hours of cinema in one word. "Sparkles?"

"I know! There is nothing ... remotely sparkly about us vamps in any mythological or fantastic manifestation whatsoever. That woman needs help."

The darker one frowned. "You? You're advocating her getting help?"

The blond one started wildly gesturing, his cigarette leaving fleshs of glowing ash flying. "This is way beyond crappy writing and a genetic inability to comprehend a basic plot structure. This is ... a psychotic break in literary form, the twisting of a fundamental established base of the vampire to better fit a self-serving fantasy. To blatantly and shamelessly ignore that is not a bold reinterpretation of the vampire thematic structure, but a clear statement that Ms. Myers is loosing her grip with the fundamental notions of reality. THis woman needs to get help."

The darker one watched the blond reach into the trunk and retrieve a well-used and loved item. "Before or after you violate her with that sledgehammer?"

"I never plan that far ahead. A clear contradiction of my thematic structure ..."
