Default If you could write any series for DC, what would you choose?

It can't be something you made up, though obviously you can contribute original material - but the title has to be one using an established DC character.

I would want to do Superman, JLA, and maybe Aquaman.

I have some ideas for possible Superman stories, just throwing some out there: one where he fights a dictator in some third world country (because the idea that Superman would ignore real evil as long as it rules a country is preposterous), and I'd like to do something where Superman's rogues all team up against him. Luthor, Brainiac, Parasite, Metallo, Mongul, Prankster, Toyman, Zod... it'd be epic.

New Gods or Green Lantern (Hal), definitely.

Outsiders.

First, because they were one of the series that hooked me into comics when the first series debuted. Second, because if I ever had the opportunity to write a comic series, I'd much rather take on a "fixer-upper" than a juggernaut like Superman or Batman or JLA. Third, well, I'm just a sucker for Metamorpho, what can I say.

Green Lantern (Hal Jordan. GLC would also be fine), Captain Marvel (Billy Batson) and Blue Beetle (Ted Kord).

Also Batman. It's a little cliche, but I have so many stories to tell with him, that I just have to mention him.

I hope to write Brave and the Bold. Because I want to work with a variety of artists and characters with no pesky editorial demands.

Shazam and Batman would be my two top choices. I have so many story ideas in my head for Captain Marvel and Bruce Wayne/Bats it's not funny. After that, something a bit different - an Artemis or Jimmy Olsen (Superman's Pal) mini-series.

Ideally I've had an idea in my head for a team book of teen girl heroes DC either doesn't seem to care about with or are too offbeat to maintain their own title- Mary Marvel, Cassandra Cain, Ravager, Miss Martian, Misfit and Black Alice (odd grouping no? - lots of possible drama there) with a returned Linda Danvers as their unoffical keeper. I'd call it "Girl Power" or something.

Green Lantern, GLC, JLA, or Red Robin (or any title focused on Tim Drake).

Assuming I had talent?

L.E.G.I.O.N., Brave and the Bold, Suicide Squad, and the Doom Patrol. LEGION and Vril Dox are fast becoming my favorite niche in the DCU with the sheer scope of how much ground it can cover, Brave & The Bold allows for teamups like the Legion of Substitute Heroes and the Inferior Five, Suicide Squad because I love that concept, and Doom Patrol because they're DC's most interesting team.

I'd like to write Detective Comics, The Brave and the Bold, and Justice League of America at some point in my life. Will that happen? I sincerely doubt it.

Batman most definitely, either the self-titled comic or Detective Comics, and essentially underscore the character's pulp detective, crime noir, and horror roots.

My second option would be Deadman, as the idea of a character who can temporally posses the bodies of others can be used as a springboard for all sorts of potentially creative ideas and story genres.

Or maybe solo, but not restricting it to artists.
