I prefer Queen myself, but I think the Beatles are more influential.

The Beatles win in every way with three exceptions:

1. Vocal talent of lead singer
2. Song overplayed at sporting events when someone wins something
3. Lead singer tendency to bang dudes

Queen's got to have a better drummer though, almost by default.

Nah. That may be close, but Ringo is very underrated as a drummer. Some of the stuff he did ('Rain', for example) was groundbreaking.

What he said. I'd say that the only band that can really challenge The Beatles for the title of Greatest Band of All Time is Led Zeppelin.

The Beatles simplely Demigods of music, as a band Honestly. Seirously all FOur beatles were so damn great they could honestly have SOlo careers.

(And RIngo not only plays dreams, tohug hhe is legendary wit hit, he cna paly gutiar too dmanit.) Not the mention all of them wrote songs on occassion. (As John prett ymuch was inspried by Dylan himself, at a point, to give stories and rela lfie ot music.)

While Queen Hoenstly, has more lviely atomspher,e and Freddie Mercury is the ebs tdman male signer I have ever hear din terms fo range. DO not ge tme wrong.

The problem is I only like 3-4 of their songs.

WHiel I cna lsitne to a wohle trakc of the Beatles and not get bored.

That's the point, the Beatles cna constantly re-invent their sound an dmake it sound good.

WHich in itself is pure gold.
