Due to a major glitch in space-time, Ledger Joker, Romero Joker, Nicholson Joker, and Hamill Joker are transported to Gotham City in regular DC continuity along with regular comic Joker. They are all there for a year, and somehow, magically, don't run into each other or Batman/other heroes until that year is over (lets just say all the criminals think each is the 'real' Joker, which would make sense since he looks and acts different all the time, thus allowing them to set up shop in their own respective ways and get use to DC universe rules/rogues/heroes/etc.
What happens when that year is up and they're allowed to meet/run into the good guys/bad guys of the Gotham universe? Do some or all of them get along, does one rise to the top, what happens to poor Batman? |

Main continuity Joker is not amused.
Probably hunts them down.

See, I'd think that main continuity Joker finds it interesting that Ledger Joker and Hamill Joker actually get his "joke" since no one else does. And then you'd also have an issue with Ledger Joker's ridiculously complex Xanatos gambits/prep in the regular DC universe or Romero Joker's idiot prep, which makes them really hard to hunt down in themselves.

I did something similar to this a few months back...
Anyways, Romero Joker turns everyone into drooling idiots with his intelligence-sucking machine. Pity the likes of Dark Joker, Speeding Bullets Luthor-Joker, and Judge Joker aren't here. They're the real powerhouses.

Ledger Joker - is into chaos and assumes that the entire world, deep inside, is chaotic. To make this a reality, he constructs ridiculously complex and convoluted plans to cover Gotham in itself in complete chaos which is irony in itself - creating chaos from the most rigid structure. At the same time, he shares the sense of humor of (most of) the comic versions, finding stuff like a guy getting electrocuted by touching Batman's mask hilarious and then kicking him in response because that's funnier. Obsessed with Batman because he makes things more fun for him. Comic Joker - switches between every type of Joker depending on the writer, so there's no real way to button him down. Unless you make that his personality - so chaotic that his goals and philosophy changes by the day. Obsessed with Batman because he makes things more fun for him. Romero Joker - is himself chaotic in plans and style, but has very clear criminal goals - and generally just wants to make more money, although that has changed a couple of times. Seemingly not really obsessed with Batman. Hamill Joker - a bit more manic depressive than the other Jokers, he also comes up with almost comic Joker level plans and actually took on the Justice League. Obsessed with Batman. Nicholson Joker - the "artist," he wants to paint Gotham/the world with the chaotic nature he sees in himself. Annoyed by Batman. |

The lack of Brave and the Bold Joker makes my heart to weep.

Gotham becomes a lot more crowded.
Ledger Joker doesn't have the scientific pedigree or fighting skills that the main Joker does, but he seems in general to be a really good planner and organizer, ironically enough. I'd say him and regular Joker tolorate each other, and Ledger Joker may even learn a thing or two and become a big time threat. Nicholson Joker is supposed to be a chemist, and is obviously skilled in dealing with the underworld. He's a terrible fighter, but he's also a decent planner. I don't think he'd be a huge character, at best similar to the Penguin's level of influence. Unless he wants to gas the city, which he probably will. Then he just goes to Arkham. Hamill Joker is a manic depressive, like the original poster said. He might cramp regular Joker and TDK Joker's style. I say that he isn't thought too highly of, and is more of a lone wolf. Most people consider him too "cartoonish" to work with. Romero Joker is obviously a big threat, since he regularly builds these giant machines that can take everyone's free will(Didn't Dr Doom do that once?). He's a loony, and not in the way that Ledger or DC Joker is. He's axed unless he can hide, which I bet he can. Maybe he moves to Bludhaven or something. |
