Default Ghost Rider vs Dracula (Marvel)

Fight takes place in Transylvania.

Standard powers, weapons and equipment for both.

No prep-time.

Who wins?

Well, I know the old soul fire by definition didn't do much to beings without souls. I think the Penance Stare can though. Without any prep though, I don't see anything Dracula can do to the Ghost Rider, especially in the form I've seen him in most recently where he does things like explode with fire that fills a crater and takes a punch from the Hulk that caused the crater to begin with. His only chance would be to turn to mist and run but, in the arena, he can't even do that. Fire is a weakness for vampires to begin with. I'd imagine GR would about fill the arena with fire, maybe in one big explosion. Plus Dracula clearly 'sees' even in his mist form so there is still the Penance Stare.

Unless Dracula has been extremely powered up, and I mean Dracula powered up not his opponents powered down and jobbing, I can't see this as anything but a win for GR as fast or faster than you can say 'flash fire'.
