Why is it that any time Fred Van Lente tackles one of Spider-Man's villains that it reminds me of how Geoff Johns re-invigorated The Flash's rogues? In that no matter how ridiculous they might appear, they are still dangerous, professional and total bad-asses. Could be an interesting take on Electro's origin, that's for sure.

I do like Waid's Electro, and how he's using the public to satisfy his own injured greed. This is Electro right before shit went south in his life. Color me curious.

Looking good. I enjoyed the first issue of Web of Spider-Man, and seems like #2 is a bit more dark this time. Good times
