I think he could probably take out The Riddler, but not the other 2. Luthor is too smart to be easily taken out. Even Batman has trouble taking out The Joker so i don't think he could do it.

Really, the only reason he can take Riddler is because:

1) Riddler gets no prep while Frank does.

2) Riddler is forced to sit down at some table somewhere in an undefined situation under undefined circumstances.

I mean, I could take Riddler(and Joker, and probably Luthor) under those terms.

Easy... sniper rifle. He'll likely get one or two of them. Since he has prep... the table is also wired with C4 as is the Building ;)

That's far too crappy looking a table for me to believe Luthor would sit there.

What's Frank's position on people that clearly have treatable mental problems? Cause ISTR that Riddler's shown that he can be a good guy, its just that his OCD keeps making him regress, and once he realized that, he went to seek professional help.

I don't think it would really stall him too much, but I'm kinda curious as to his view on the subject.

It doesn't really matter to Frank if a criminal can claim mental problems as a defense. He'll still kill them. He's not a guy with a lot of faith in the psychiatric profession's ability to cure these people.

Frank is correct that is all therapy Joker needs. Killing Joker and Riddler actually can only help his universe (and since this scenario allows him to do it then their is no problem with that) , with Luthor things are not as clear.

I kinda figured that, but I was curious as to how he felt about people that were actually trying to reform.

Also, Joker probably doesn't count for my question because he has absolutely no qualms with what he does. I was thinking more along the lines of Ledger Joker's henchmen in TDK, who were institutionalized schizophrenics (IIRC) who were busted out and conscripted by Joker. People who can't actually help their behavior without help, but have the potential to live normal lives if they just got the right treatment.
