This is very interesting! This may explain the "Urkel" comment Black Lantern Firestorm made to Jason, signifying his --now-- nerd status of being "the brains". If this holds up, it wouldn't surprise me if this is Geoff John's next project that was hinted at. This is one character that has major potential and needs a lot of details ironed out. It would explain his departure from the JLA. Possible Firestorm: Rebirth? Also, has anyone noticed the parallel story in Heroes with Sylar being the secondary consciousness in Matt Parkman's body? There's some great storytelling potential! |

Awsome.
And Robinson said that out of the remnants of the Meltzer/McDuffie JLA, Firestorm, Vixen, and Plastic Man are all coming back to the team after a few issues.

If that's the case it might make old skool Firestorm fans happy.
I'll miss Gehenna though. They didn't do enough with that. Dude had his chatty girlfriend in his head-reading his thoughts. Gehenna was like the backseat driver for his brain. That's some hellish @#$%, right there.

I doubt the TV show's choice for Firestorm is based off on anything other than "Hey this is a cool way to use both versions of Firestorm together!"
