Don't think Namor has the speed to seriously tag Vita, nor break and make it underwater to recover physically.

He does enough damage to put her down (by which I mean literally pulp her) 2:10. Otherwise he is hammered into submission.

Agreed. Blasted, smashed, and bounced around for an extended period of time, then finally hit by the Giant Drill Hammer to finish.

It'll be a long process, given his durability, but she should be able to beat him down. Especially since he hurt the bunny-hat.
