Everyone in the world is suddenly the size of Galactus. We also no longer need to breathe, eat, sleep, rest, or drink. We also are immune to any radiation and temperature shifts cause us no harm. We all also gain Class 100 durability. What happens?

I don't think life will be too bad really. The only thing we have to worry about is upsetting the even BIGGER G who lives upstairs(Just for cautions sake) or alien races who feel threatened by us.

... you know, given that this happens suddenly, I wouldn't want to see what Mexico City, New York City, Tokyo, or the entire countries of China and India, looks like right after this happens. Having millions upon millions of Galactus-sized people in geographically small areas... I seriously wonder what effect this will have on the planet itself, or at least those areas. Entire skyscrapers come crashing down... cities are likely reduced to rubble from the sheer added weight of its occupants.

In the aftermath...

Everything gets way bigger.

Being used to living in houses, people would probably still have a preference for living in houses... but there's no longer any houses big enough to house either of us.

Cars are now useless to us. So are planes, buses, etc...

A world's worth of infrastructure has to be rebuilt from scratch to suit the new sizes of people.

Will there be room for us, I wonder?

Edit: It helps that people no longer need to breath. A lot of people will choose to live underwater, with special underwater homes made for them, I think.

As the planet Earth lacks the raw materials to accommodate billions of people of this size (and with no existing machinery or infrastructure to process said materials in the first place), the resulting scarcity will drive humanity back into the "stone" (err... mountain) age. Only, since we're now virtually immortal, humanity doesn't even have the luxury to die and ease the pressure.

The result is a society composed entirely of billions of people with nothing to do, in an entirely cramped space, who cannot even leave. Given enough time, we all go mad.

Well, the OP didn't specify immortality, or immunity to diseases. Death by aging or disease outbreaks is still in effect based on my reading of the OP. In fact, I suspect that disease will spread more rapidly given the closer proximity that everybody will be in to one another.
