Spiderman in almost a curbstomp. Spidey's to fast and could easily overpower Terry.

I like both, respect both, and wish they both had easier lievs, but while I liek Terry a bit more, he'll lose.
Peter's simply too fast and too strong. If you took away his Spider-Sense, Terry might be able to win a few. I'd say Terry's at a level that Peter actually doses have to put some effort into beating though, if only to get through the Suit's durability.
