I'm a great fan of Spidey, and since about a year ago, started collecting ASM comics. I only want a sub set, issues 300 through 400 to be precise, and I only have a few issues left to get :) I've bought all my comics on ebay.co.uk so far, but it's getting hard to find those last few copies. Any thoughts? P.S. I live in the UK :D
Cheers

www.mycomicshop.com have a lot of hard to find issues. Not sure if they deliver outside the US. Their grading system for fine and (whatever is between fine and near mint) sucks though.
www.milehighcomics.com also has a lot of hard to find stuff. People think their prices are high but every now and then they have good code word discounts (30-50% off) which sometimes you can buy some great back issues at fine condition for $0.50 USD. Just sign up for their letters thingie and you'll get e-mail notifications of when they are having a sale. Pretty sure they deliver outside the US. |

While not overseas I live in Canada and mycomicshop delivers to me. It's my go to place for back issues on the cheap.

You can buy 40 years of Amazing Spidey on DVD. After years of fruitless questing, thats how I filled the gaps in my collection,

Yeah - but starring at a TV screen to read comics simply isn't for everyone. (I certainly know I won't be reading comics that way anytime soon) Another good option are the Essential TPBs. It covers almost all of Spider-Man's adventures well past issue #100. It was so cool to read all those issues for the first time.

I would say try milehigh. They are a little more expensive but they put several sales and if you order more than $100 you do not pay the mail expences. Select to send the issues to you with the slowest way posible. You can tell them to mark as a gift if you pay excpensive tolls in your country when an abroad package arrives.
