Default Realm of Kings: Son of Hulk

Looks like Hiro-Kala's story will continue after the canceled series with this:

REALM OF KINGS: SON OF HULK #1 (of 4)
Written by SCOTT REED
Penciled by MIGUEL MUNERA
Cover by ALEX GARNER
Variant Cover by MICHAEL GOLDEN

Meet a new monster for a new age, and a challenger to the warring Kings of the Cosmos...he is Hiro-Kala, SON OF HULK, and this young apocalyptic visionary has a destructive destiny: obliterate the Universe! This monsterous Son of Hulk has been abducted to Jarella's sub-atomic world deep in the Microverse, where his father once found love and acceptance. Now he must battle an invasion force of murderous aliens…even if it means unlocking a new, horrifying power within him that can never be controlled. Book one of "THE CONQUEST OF JARELLA'S WORLD", a mind-breaking adventure from critically acclaimed writer, Scott Reed.

Interesting thing is that his mini starts when other two RoM minis are ending. Does this mean that we`ll get even more RoM stuff?

Yeah, I was a bit confuzzled by this. Perhaps the Inhumans and Imperial Guard are getting ongoings? I really doubt the Guard would but I could see an Inhumans one. It's not like DnA have any trouble putting out 4 books a month.

There was completely no need for the last Son of Hulk WoK tie-in and....... this seems even more needless. If that is possible.

This really just seems like they slapped the RoK name on it.

I still think it's interesting that the story takes place in the Microverse and Michael Golden, who hasn't really done anything for Marvel in years, is drawing the variant cover.

What's Jarella's world called? I forget. Not that it seems to matter.. it's "Jarella's World" that's just tickling me for some reason. It's not Titan.. it's 'Mentor's World'.. that big blue marble in space? "Gwen Stacey's World"

This ain`t written by Gage who is known for writing pointless tie-ins so no, i can`t imagine it being even more pointless than WoK tie-in.

Inhumans have history of not being able to have ongoing title. Maybe something with Quasar? Fault should be delt with by the end of this event and i can`t see it happening in Son of Hulk mini.

Michael Golden has been drawing quite a few covers over the past few years for Marvel. Also if you notice on the cover of this book (the regular one posted above!), you might see some characters Golden drew a long time ago, hence his involvement here.

Hint: it's the MICROverse.

Damn I was going to ingore this thing until I saw Rann on the cover and realived it was taking place in the Microverse. I am just a total sucker for anything that might give the Micronaut characters some attention. Not sure if that is supposed to be Mari beside him but that is defiently Acturus Rann in the blue.

Yeah, the WoK: Skaar was pretty bad.

Maybe when Hiro confronts G next Son of Hulk issue demanding to be his new herald, G laughs and boots him into The Fault.

I would like to see that.
