You gain the Eyes of Death Perception from Type Moonverse. You can use them as well as any of the various users.

What do you do?

It is, it's necessary as a constant reminder of the power you weild. Needless to say you don't get the special glasses.

Heal people by killing whats making them sick, demolition, disposal of hazardous waste, etc.

First things first, is it the Tsukihime version, or the Kara no Kyoukai version? Cause in the former case, the first thing I'm going to do is get my affairs in order, cause I might drop dead at any moment. Then I'd probably do as Far From Realmer said, mostly in order to draw attention away from all the arson.
