Cloud versus Ginji
I'm using Cloud from the 'Storm Riders'- animated movie and Ginji from the 'Get Backers'- anime.
Khazan Arena rules. They both starts out in their normal form but they can go into their strongest form at any time. |

There was a live-action movie (followed by a lamentably horrid TV series)...I've never heard of the animated one.

I'm only really familiar with comic Cloud and manga Ginji so I'm of little help here.
