You are tied to a train track and an incoming train with no passengers nor driver is barelling down on you. Which of the following do you choose to stop the train and save you? They must stop the train first then save you.

Iron Fist or Karate Kid.

Conquest wouldn't do shit, Sentry would run off somewhere and get killed, Wolverine/Daniel-san would get barreled, and I don't know much about Kenshiro.

Obviously the way to go is Sentry. Once he gets there I pull an Osborn and manipulate his ass into killing Jimmy Olsen and bringing his Superman frequency watch back to me. Then I get Supes to save me with his right arm while he is delivering a baby with his left and kicking the shit out of Sentry with his legs.

I'm pretty sure Karate Kid can not only stop it and save me, but stop it in such a way that it loses no speed and continues its trajectory, sparing the mass transit system from missing its important deadlines.

So from a standpoint of net good attained, Karate Kid all the way.

Wolverine obviously. His bones should be more than enough to jump the train from its tracks. Plus, what a bloody mess would wolverine be after wards. I'd take bets from the surviving passengers to see if he could heal from it.
