Superman in a stomp. We've seen what happens when other people possess Goku's body, they have trouble controlling it's full power. Whereas Supermans strength is just natural and doesn't come from training,etc. Doom won't even know how to go Super Saiyan before Reed just starts whaling away on him.

Unless Doom has all of Goku's knowledge he loses. When Ginyu took over Goku's body he could not even use a fifth of his power. While Superman's strength is something that is always on.

Doom would still know all of his magical abilities, yes? He could pretty much just turn Superichards inside out.

Richards can keep up with Doom in mid-battle tactics and has the physical advantage too. I'd give it to him.

Even if both knew how to use their powers to the fullest extent Reed should still take this. Overall more power, and with his intelligence he could probably do things even Superman hasn't thought of. Of course I suppose Doom could do a mind-swap and take control of Supermans body to win, since he doesn't use magic for the mind swap.
