Kazuma Yagami (Kaze no Stigma) vs Aang (Avatar: The Last Airbender)
Scenario 1: Wind vs wind only, no Contractor Mode or Avatar State powers allowed.
Scenario 2: Contractor Mode and Avatar State allowed (still only wind vs wind though). Who wins?

Seriously, he's more powerful than the series' antagonist at that point. Which is better than it sounds, actually. What conflict he has is more with his motivations and past than immediate physical harm.
