If this is Lee at maximum power, which oddly enough your scans don't show, then he can take Elektra and probably Daredevil, though the latter is much faster than him, simply because of his sheer offensive power.

Shang Chi and Gambit ruin his day, too fast and too deadly, Shang Chi through his raw strength and skill and Gambit through blowing his face off.

Well, later in the manga Bailong got some mechanical upgrades as well as guns and shit grafted into his body, so most of your street level characters are going to be in trouble from the outset.

That aside, I'm gonna side with Nik, although it's really hard to say since Bailong's abilities are dependent on what's-her-face's spiritual power. I mean, if he's operating at top capacity, oversouled and all, mundane attacks just plain won't work on him.
