Oddly, not crazy enough. If you're going to do it, do it looking full on like an 80s heavy metal cover.

Thing is, it's Greek mythology, it's not like the original really has a copyright on it. I'd rather figure out a different name, but whatever. And I can understand going with Perseus, because it's the one Greek myth that doesn't end tragically. Yeah, he kills his grampa, but gramps was a serious douchebag. But there's no abandoning lovers or causing the death of loving fathers, no killing families in madness, no dying from hubris.

OK, maybe Odysseus also.

Not bad. We'll see if Sam Worthington can cut it as an action hero.

I was actually looking forward to this, until I watched the trailer.
Now, not so much.

Uhm... guys? Come on... this is a first teaser trailer. It does little more than let everyone know that "Clash of the Titans" is coming. There isn't enough to establish tone, story, feel, anything whatsoever. I reserve judgement until I see the first full trailer for the film. Until then, I eagerly await this movie.

This is the third Mega Budget movie he's starring in, and he must have been cast before the first one even came out. He must have one hell of an agent.

I didn't know Liam Neeson was playing Zues, that's cool. Not as cool as Liam Neeson playing Hannibal, but it works. I also didn't know Alexa Davalos was going to be in it. Love her. Let's hope they rip off some scenes from the original.

I really want to see what the Kraken looks like. It was one of my favorite monsters as a kid.

Yeah, that's got to be one of the laziest taglines ever.

Well, the Hades vs Zeus thing seems more a twist on Christian mythology than Greek.
The original was based upon the myths surrounding Perseus, but I'm not sure this has anything to do with that. It looks far more hodge-podge than I was expecting, and devoid of the things I loved in the original, including Hephaestus' mechanical owl.
