Default Wonder Woman vs. the Ultimates

Wonder Woman arrives in the MUltimate universe and is disgusted by the Ultimates' fascist actions across the globe. Thus she proceeds to storm the Ultimate's Headquarters and make them see the light of her peace-loving ways.

Can Wonder Woman take down the Ultimates in their prime? (I mean sans Jeph Loeb's bastardization of them....) so this Mark Millar's versions from Vol. 1 and 2. Vol. 3 never happened.

Wonder Woman is current. She only has Hestia's Lasso, her tiara, and she's able to summon her Invisible Jet.

Both sides are bloodlusted.

Ultimates Roster:

Captain America
Wasp
Thor
Iron Man
Giant-Man
Hulk
Black Widow
Hawkeye
Scarlet Witch
Quicksilver
Nick Fury

Thor is the only guy with any chance here.

Heck, Ultimate Thor isn't even that fast. I could see Wondy blitzing the whole team pretty easily with the exception of Quicksilver who makes a desperate last stand but breaks his fist on her if tries for a hit.

Why can't she blitz Quicksilver? His ultimate version doesn't seem to be anywhere near her speed. I know he's faster than his 616 version, but is he that fast?

Yes, she speed blitzes them all. Even without her bracelets, they are just not fast enough. Quicksilver isn't even remotely in her speed league. He's maybe multiples of mach versus a significant fraction of light speed.

Quicksilver once said he was breaking Mach 15 when he was getting out of puberty. He then grabbed another superspeedster who was capable of hitting that speed or close to it, and ran so fast they disintegrated.

So his speed is enough to make Diana take notice...briefly.

*snerk*

The latter means she'll never bother with the former. :)

That was my reasoning.

I'd imagine he's in the hundreds of mach area or somesuch, still pretty slow to Diana but enough so that he won't be completely destroyed in the initial moment wherein Diana spreads the rest of the team's internal organs across the nearest wall.

Yep. Diana goes at them, Quicksilver frantically evades at top speed, Diana rips the team apart then goes after him...boom, he's down as well.

How's Ultimate Thor's durability? Is he taking a blitz from a Class 100?

No. Not a chance in hell.

One thing that amuses me about this match up is that Diana is strong enough and fast enough to put them all down without actually killing them if she was so inclined.

I'm still not seeing QS being that fast, the "running so fast they disintegrate" is a nice feat, but it's completely useless in determining how fast he was actually going. He could of been going thousands of times mach, or just mach 50. What other feats does he have that give us an actual idea of his speed?

I mean, mach 100 is like 70,000 mph. Lightspeed is like..700 million mph, I know she's not lightspeed, but she's damn close. Even Mach 1000 is just nowhere near that.

*Just checked out Ultimate War from School Library*

Colossus was laying into him pretty good during Ultimate War, and he probably sucked in that local nuke that Hawkeye hit Pitor with, even if he could do something as permenently screwy as 616 Thor could.

It doesn't matter, in the end.

We know he's faster than Mach 15 or so. Lots faster, if he makes the other speedster flat out disintigrate.

Maybe he was doing Mach 50. Maybe Mach 100. None of it matters, because he doesn't have anything approaching Diana's 'significant fraction of Lightspeed' that Rumbles considers her speed to be.

Heck, even if he's going Mach 1000 (670 000 mph), that's loads slower than even 10% lightspeed.

So whether Quicksilver gets pasted in the opening blitz or somehow manages to avoid it, Mach 15, Mach 50, Mach 500, he's still doomed.

Well, I do remember that it took the entire Avengers and a bunch of mutants all put together to beat Thor and even then he would have beaten them all if not for having that weakness that he lost all his powers if he wasn't wearing the Belt.

Its hard to say because against Supreme Power Hyperion (which isn't really a crossover because its all Marvel and its canon for both worlds), he seemed to hold his own against Hyperion until the Torch went Nova and inadvertently did something similar to a sun amp.

But Diana's durability versus everything but bullets and sharp objects is more impressive as are her strength feats to my knowledge and definitely her speed.

Fascists actions across the globe? The only international action they've taken was invading Iran and dismantling their nuclear program. Heck, didn't Superman get rid of all the nuclear missiles on the planet in Superman IV?

In any case, Wonder Woman stomps them. She's far too fast and too powerful.

He's got a friggin' glass jaw. He loses every time he engages someone in his weight class in hand-to-hand combat (and Wonder Woman is far above him). He's much more effective when he's hurling lightning at people. He's brought down a fleet of Chitauri spaceships and can actually tag Ult Quicksilver with his lightning. He needs to stick with the distance attacks. But I digress. Ult. Thor is toast, along with the rest of the team.

Just a quick nitpick. The European super soldiers who were helping the Ultimates take down Thor weren't mutants, their powers were based on their suits.
