Who could effectively control Majin Buu as his master without him killing them?

Would you consider Bibidi, Babidi's father to be more competant?

Along with the fact that he is the one who created Buu in the first place, one can't overlook the simple fact his handling of Buu was more expertly done compared to his idiot sons before his stupidity in how he handled Buu got him killed by the monster. Babidi was really just trying to ride on his father success, going on a less thought out power trip than what his dad did.

While he's definitely NOT the weakest guy who can control Majinn Buu, I just wanted to throw in the idea of Majin Buu with the Power Cosmic.

Mr. Satan is a fairly obvious answer.

Willy Wonka is an "out there" answer. Wonka could do it by keeping Buu obedient via candy and chocolate treats.

It depends what you mean by control. Do you mean control him via being more powerful, or controlling him via being just that good at controlling people or because Buu for some reason respects you(if that's even possible for kid buu).

Either way Dr. Strange is a safe bet. For some reason I think Deadpool wouldn't have too much trouble controlling Buu either. Simply put, even if you aren't as strong as him, you can control Buu if you're into mindless destruction. He has no reason to kill you if you allow him to do whatever he pleases. It's when you try to use him for your own purposes that it backfires, I don't think Buu would of killed Babidi if he just let him be and wasn't always threatening him.

Charles Xavier could do it and any other omega level mutants with telepathy and control of their telepathy.

Phoenix could do it

Darkseid

Pre Crisis Lex Luthor could do it and so could PC Superman.

Brainiac-Could possibly do it New Earth Brainiac

I want to say Mr. Mxyzptlk but I don't know if that is a guarantee.

I don't see why it wouldn't be, Mxy has more than enough power to control every version of Buu all at once. Without his powers tho you're right Buu wouldn't listen.
