Default Alan Scott Vs. Sinestro, Atrocitus, and Star Sapphire!

Alan Scott's been sitting on the sidelines for too long and decides to take on the heads of the other corps. Fighting one on one, how does he fare against:

-Sinestro w/ Yellow Ring
-Atrocitus w/ Red Ring
-Star Sapphire (Carol Ferris) w/ Violet Ring

On the side, how would St. Walker w/ Blue Lantern Ring or Indigo-1 affect Alan?

(Note: Agent Orange sure as hell ain't here, as he can take on the entire GLC)

That seems like a lil too much for post Sentinel era Alan.

Even one on one?

I admit, I'm quite unclear as to Alan's powerlevels. Right now, it seems that he's weaker than the other main Green Lanterns, but I would imagine that his mysticism and his experience might help make up for that. But of course, any info would be appreciated.

Ugh, my eyes glazed over the one on one part, sorry.

In that case, he beats Atrocitus and Star Sapphire, but I dunno.. 60/40 on Sinestro or something?

Alan is basically about as powerful as a Green Lantern. It's simply that he used to be much more powerful and an energy being and so forth.

hard to say, but i'd guess sinestro is equal in power to hal, and would probably take the majority over alan. atrocitus doesn't really have the feats yet, though they seem to be building him up to be the "most powerful" in the war of light. i'd say alan beats star sapphire handily and i have no clue how a blue/indigo lantern would react to alan.

Could the red puke burn through Alan's constructs?

Around when he got the starheart ripped out of him. He hasn't done the same kind of stuff after as he did before.

I think Atroticus being the 'most powerful' is more due to spoilers:
the Red Rings effectively replacing his heart making the Black Lanterns pretty much ineffective against him
end of spoilers.

Yeah, was trying to recall when that happened. Was it in the current volume or the last? Anyone recall?

Last volume, I couldn't tell you when specifically off the top of my head.

I think it was in the Princes of Darkness arc, but I can't quite recall.

Ah well, no biggie.

Just out of curiosity, what would Sinestro (and therefore Alan) have over Atrocitus? I'm only lately getting into the whole War of Light story and I'm not that familiar with Atrocitus' feats (if any).

Much, /much/ more versatility and range.

while that may be true of other red lanterns, atrocitus can form ring constructs and is not limited to the blood-vomit attack. he still doesn't have the feats to show that he can hang with sinestro, though. i'm sure the 2 will end up clashing sometime during BN, hopefully we'll get a better scale of his power then.
