Yeah, Cobra kind of wasted Iron Fist in their fight. He can take Spidey, probably do the same.

Spidey's only real hope is webbing the shit out of him.

It was FC vs. Gorgon, not Spidey. Anyway, just because FC beat IF is not necessarily evidence that he beats Spider-man. What is the nature of his AoE attack? What are his top speed feats? Strength feats? He hasn't had many showings.

Uh...if he can out-speed and out-fight Iron Fist, then yes that definately means he can do the same to Spiderman according to board rules.

He has like three showings of doing much of anything, ever. The fight with Danny, nuking the Shaolin Terror Priests with the AoE, and that bit where taking the brunt of an entire floor of a building exploding was only enough to daze him. That's all we got to measure him by.

However, C is for Cookie...

I thought board rules say we go by consistent high-end feats and showings in line with a character's accepted abilities, not "A beats B, so A must beat C." FC doesn't have enough feats based on one fight with IF to just give him a win over Spidey if we're talking fighting alone. He needs more showings.

The AoE is another matter.

What was the nature of his AoE attack? I remember him causing a lightning bolt to come down from the sky during his fight with IF, but I'm assuming you mean something else, because that seems pretty dodgeable for Spidey.
