We don't know.
Because we NEVER seen him, or anyone for that matter, use all eight gates. So we have no idea just how big of a boost he'd get.

Yeah, the maximum we've seen Lee go to is Fifth Gate and that damn near tore his body apart from the strain.
Unlocking the eighth gate is supposed to make a ninja unbeatable but also kill him pretty quickly.

Alright. For the purposes of this thread, Rock has infinite, undepleting chakra, or is immune to whatever it is that will cause him to die/be maimed,and thus won't die or be injured when he uses this attack.

cant really comment since we havent seen rock, or anyone for that matter go all 8 gates. hell, we dont know how long lee can go before he dies.
