Batman wakes up in Basin City
Batman goes to sleep one night and wakes up the next morning in an alleyway of Basin City. He is told by a disembodied voice that sounds like Alex Trebek he cannot return to Gotham until he cleans Basin City up first. What does he do?

It will take a while, but the House of Roark(sp?) will all see fit to leave town after being hung by thier heels off the tallest building in town a few times.
Also, define cleaning up? The hookers of Old Town are an improvement over the police.... HTG |

Wallace shouldn't be an issue since only went on one single rampage and then left town.

Come to think of it. Bruce might be able to take Kevin even without his bat-belt. Kevin due to CIS, took Marv prisoner instead of finishing him off. Marv then prepped for their second fight. I think matters would unfold in a similar manner here.
