All of which have analogues and/or counters.

Tracy = Katara
Ted = Killed before he can charge
Elle = Lightning. Good luck with that.

It would have been much more interesting if you put the Heroes heavy-hitters (Peter, Hiro, Sylar, Matt, Daphne). At least there is an bit of an argument.

Team Avatar has the tactical, skill, mental and power advantage. Team Heroes has a minor speed advantage due to Nathan, but he can't take out this group by himself.

Tracy is the only other person who competes with them, and Katara is the anti-Tracy. Aang solos this group, and Katara/Toph/Azula/Zuko would come pretty close to it. (Stopping an airborne Nathan & Tracy is their only problem)

But....stomp. Curbstomp.

There's been a long and bloody thread (which is still locked) about Sylar VS team avatar.(albeit they didn't have Azula and Iroh)

So adding Sylar to a team makes it kind of a stomp.

Adding Daphne or Matt alone would make it a stomp in Heroes favor. Daphne is at least fast enough to blitz everyone, and Matt's mental powers would take them down just fine if he has time to use them.

This comes down to if Katarra can control Tracy or not. Ted is powerful, and might be able to kill everyone, but he hasn't any control and probably can't do it fast enough.


Now if Tracy is immune to Katara, then the heroes team wins, there is an argument that she might be because Tracy seems to be able to control water herself. This was shown when she drowned people, she was adding more water than her mass would suggest to an area, such as Noah in the car. Simply said there is nothing they can do to Tracy to keep her down for a ten count. Eventually she would win.

Aside from firebending her into steam, which she hasn't been shown to return from.

Something that Zuko, Iroh and Azula should be more than happy to do.

Or Toph traps her in a rock prison.

You're right, if they can turn her into steam, then she would probably be put down, I don't know that she could come back from that. That is assuming that they can hit her, plus she has her freezing abilities that should be able to counter being turned into steam and at least keep her liquid. Plus, have you ever boiled water? It takes a lot of fire a long time to boil a pot of water to nothing let alone enough water to turn a persons worth who can control her own temp. I don't see them having that much power, that fast that it would make a difference except that now they have a woman made of water that is now scalding hot coming after them. That is, unless we are spotting them Sozin's comet. In which case this becomes a horrible stomp.

Rocks tend to leak. It has never shown that any of Toph's prison's are air tight. Even so, water tend to break rock when frozen, and we know that Tracy can do that.

Even if they could take her down it would take a while, it does make them take their eyes off of other heroes like elle that can produce electricity faster than Iroh or Azula.

I actually think that Nathan, if he actually uses his power, could become a player if he takes off right away and does sneak attacks when no one is looking.

Of course this all presupposes that Ang isn't just going avatar state and wiping the lot of them out. In which case this is horrible stomp for the Avatars.

Zuko's firebending can melt through stone instantly.

Water isn't standing up to that and her freezing abilities haven't been shown to be cold enough to counter that.
