Could Mandark take out Monkey if he had one week's prep time?

Depends on Madark's approach.
Mandark could construct a robot to face Moneky, but the robot would quickly get battered into submission. Mandark could also likely experiment to create some sort of super-styled unstoppable being, although to what extent I am not sure. However, as Mandark is granted to be on Dexter's level, I'd say he could accidently stumble on a being capable of defeating Monkey. That creature that could only be beat with by going through time or whatever, for example. Mandark could relie on some off the wall scheme or a purely robotic one. IN this case, however, Dexter has shown he requires a great deal of time to perfect some of these scheme's. Hmm. But if Mandark is working night and day he could probably build an insanely efficent network. Still not sure if that would be able to beat Monkey though. I'm thinkg no. Meh. Mandark's best bet is to build something to drain monkey's powers or to mess with time in some fashion. He should win in both these cases if his ego doesn't get in the way and if he actually has the chance to use his devices. Edit: All that being said, my gut feeling kind of tells me Madark completly stomps when granted a certain level of intelligence he obviously posses and sparred his own ego and Dexter's lab shenanigans happening.
