So it seems it's decided that these two toonforcers are the only ones above Bugs Bunny's calibur.

I'm interested to know which toonforcer would win and which have superior feats?

droopy is nr 1, in breaking the laws nature,Popeye could never catch him,no one can catch him.

Popeye is about strength.

Droopy manipulation.

is like a Majin Buu vs Hulk.

Actually Popeye pretty much matches him in those regards.

I'd say it be a stalemate, neither of them could really do anything to keep the other down and they'd probably end up fighting for eternity.

Popeye is far more likely to fall into the aggressor role eventually than Droopy, and that is a major sentence of defeat for ToonForcers.

See I don't see that. It usually takes a whole episode for Popeye to decide to kick Bluto's ass, and he seems even more tolerant when its someone else is attacking him.

Besides Droopy is a 'Dumb Aminal' and Popeye generally avoids hurting animals, (Unless their actively presenting a danger to Olive/Swee'Pea).

So is Droopy's toonforce both defensive and offensive? Can he really straight-up warp reality and do super-powerful destruction feats if he's angry?

Droopy only toonforces offensively. I don't recall anyone trying to hit him...

I thought he was more on the offensive as if anyone tried to touch him, his opponents would get some largely unexpected punishment going their way.

Hrm...I don't see Popeye going on the offensive on Droopy actually. At least not the point he'll...'make him mad' so to speak. He's too much of a stand-up guy.

he only really gets angry if someone does something to insult him like tear up a pick of the girl he likes.

but i say stalemate. droopy may be invincible but offensively, he aint hurting popeye.

yeah. you'd have to be a real dick to piss off droopy and popeye isnt even close to it.

The only one I remember where there was a perceived threat was the Bulldog visiting Droopy's mansion. He tries to hit him with a frying pan, until Droopy's twin (yes) beats him a new one.

Repeatedly.

And this was a perceived threat.
