He definitely could do all that, I just don't think it would amount to anything.

It's possible, but doesn't he need to touch a person to use it? Might be risky getting too close, then there is the question on if he can exert enough force with TK to hold someone as strong as Luke still.

Yeah that's a fair point, he did stop Knox's punch, but we don't know how strong that was. And yes he has to touch to activate the Gold power.
