Default Massive Incredible Strength, Itty Bitty Durability

Nods to Sharp.

Okay we've got a guy in the whole Heracles and Samson 'I can kill a lion with my strength' league. But he only has the durability that is humanly possible in real life. What creatures can he beat? To get a shorter list, what creatures can he not beat?

I'll divide it into two categories.

What creatures are so powerful he would have to one-shot them before they hit him even once and most likely would never get the chance because they are too fast?

What are the most powerful creatures he could he take one hit or one partial hit from (maybe grabbing them to take away part of the impact)?

Honestly you'd need at least *some* enhanced durability to go with your superstrength. Otherwise you'd end up shattering your spine and ripping apart your muscles.

Yes, my next question was going to be 'can he magically withstand using his own strength?'

I busted my hand on someone's head with a particularly good punch. This guy, if he has purely human durability and superhuman strength, would ruin his own body more than any super-tough opponent every time he hit them.

More than that, any lift that doesn't gauge the required strength properly risks severing tendons and ligaments.

In real life that's true but I've seen a number of fictional characters that that is ignored in much the same way that, in real life, punching power equals mass x velocity but its ignored in fiction. Probably Jessica from "Heroes" is the prime example I can think of with impressive strength and average durability but then there are characters that have durability nowhere near their strength, especially at the low end of their durability.
