Depends on which one Hin Hing is.

If it's the little kid, then Angel stomps.

If it's the masked women, this could be interesting. I'd need to watch that part of the movie over, but Angel is probably slightly faster but well below her in striking power. Skill-wise I'm not sure. I don;t think she had pressure points and kind of just used like a ki super punch or something. Can't remember.

If it's the iron monkey Angel losses.
Iron monkey had a bullet-time feat, and even if it wasn't bullet-time and just aim dodging, I think Iron Moneky was faster then Angel in how he conistently moved. He was also super-agile, and I think he carries a weapon.
