Doctor DOOM vs. Lucy DOOM

Ok, instead of Lucy McGillicuddy getting married to Ricky Ricardo, she instead falls for a scared Doctor Doom. She moves in with him at his castle that happens to be rented from their best friends the Mertzes, who use to be super villains themselves years ago and still like to dabble every now and again.

Lucy is trying to constantly get into the act of super villainy only to be constantly rebuked by doom who wants her to be his little house wife.

Here is the thing:

Doom in anyway shape or form is not allowed to kill, hurt her physically, restrain her for more than 10 seconds and he must try to protect her to the best of his abilities by decree of god, LT whatever.

Doom genuinely loves her and doesn't want to hurt her feelings.

Lucy can teleport to anywhere in the world as long as Doom is there. Once there she can only teleport within a 1 mile diameter of him.

The mertzes have all the same protections as lucy and generally help her out, though Fred sometimes helps out doom.

Scenario 1:

The bet: Doom is not allowed to say his name in the third person. Lucy must not buy a new hat. Who ever loses must serve the other person breakfast in bed for an entire month.

Scenario 2:

Doom is about to try to destroy the fantastic four again and Lucy wants to help out. She isn't very good at this sort of thing and will try to sneak into his plan.

Scenario 3:

Lucy thinks that Doom is planning something with out her and she is going to get back at him by pulling a prank.

Who wins?

Goddamn that sucks. Can doom call in hired help to kill her, or manipulate a situation so that she dies?

nope, can't kill either.

Doom is obligated to protect her so even if he tries to manipulate the situation, he in the end has to protect her.
