Every Spider or spider-related being attacks New York. for some reason Spiderman has been tasked with stopping all of them. Can he do it before they destroy the city and kill everyone? Can he do it at all?

Unaugmented, it's hard to say, but still strong enough to hand him his rear, being an immortal spirit creature of sufficient power to cloak herself from the Valar. hmmm....... Kumonga? with its own capacity for web spewing, I can see it making a total shit pile outta new york if Spideys the only defense.

again noteing the horde of other uber spiders, but give Peter his arachnid mind control and this turns into awesome sauce.

Could be worse. Some scholars believe that there is a connection between Loki and spiders. If we include Loki in the thread, Peter's nightmare has only just begun.

Ben Reilly + Venom + Carnage stomp all over Peter Parker.

Hell take out all fictional characters and what do you get? Spider-Man vs quadrillions of spiders.

he's not TOTALLY screwed... All he has to do is be willling to forfeit a part of New York while he goes and raids the Baxter building for whatever Ubertech Reed left laying around. There's bound to be a "Dimensionaly dump all those bastards in Fantsy World 10329" ray or SOMETHING in there.

Carnage isn't actually spider-themed, but still, three Spider-Women and two Venoms are more than enough to hopelessly paste Peter down.

I think this would be better if it was Spiderman placed in our real New York City vs every real spider in the city and within 10 miles of the city instantly bloodlusted against him.

In fact, I assumed that when I read the OP but everyone immediately started including other fictional characters.
