Neon Genesis Evangelion- Eva Unit 1 Vs Jlu Universe
Shinji feels down and Rei shots him full of LSD to feel better.
Quickly thereafter, Shinji hallucinates a fanasty about killing Jlu Universe. Strangely, the fantasy removes characters like Amazo and or any cosmics. Go figure.  Not long into the fantasy, Shinji decides he cannot be target specifically and Eva must be beaten as oppossed to him. In fact, Shinji decides he'll let Eva go Berserk and remove himself from the fantasy all together. Now, the questions is can anything stop Eva 1????????? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Svj1uig1d6U

Yes, they take down Eva 01. Might take a huge collaborative effort to get Superman through the AT field so he can start pounding the thing. I mean these things did shrug off nuke-type weapons even when their AT fields were down, so its going to take a lot of work, but I don't see one berserk Eva lasting that long against the whole of the JLU.
Halo Eva 01 from Rebuild 2.0 might be able to do this though. A much stronger AT field, eye beams that can pierce 5 At Fields in a row, the ability to will lost body parts back into existence out of thin air...

Especially since 01 can regenerate, won't run out of energy (S^2 engine), and can fly.
