Rumblers League 3: Week 9, D2, Match 4- WyldCard4 v Josh M & coveredinbees

Note: Polls have been allowed for this league, as a special exception, by moderator Gordon Smith.

Step 1

Maskchester Black (I can make up names too) rips Volide in half inside his shields with telekinesis. Meanwhile, a wave of Mask mini-clones storms the Slumber Party aboard mini-submarines. I'm not positive if the clones will get Black's innate powers, but I think it is probably. Either way the Slumber Party is facing a serious challenge already.

If they have the power, all the clones will send illusions of agony into their enemies while ripping them apart with TK. If not the subs will fire toon force torpedoes that will take down pretty much everyone. The subs will use sonar to find the invisible enemies, and raise up flags based around who they are attacking as guides.

Arion uses his high end magical reaction time to absorb and defeat Zatanna's magic. This is assuming she survives the Black Attack. At the very least she will be struggling against Arion, if not defeated by the Wand+Lord of Order.

Hank Henshaw creates the usual New Henshaw as he attacks Monkey and does his usual brain drop. Monkey should go down without too much trouble, especially with a Mask clone on his case.

Agent Smith fires the Colt into the Cuckoo sisters brains through a Boom Tube. Follows up with Elixer. Using his machine+Motherbox reaction time and his own speed, this should be all but impossible to counter. Boom Tubes will as usual open to absorb any and all applicable attacks.

Joan Taylor will rip the Amulet from Aang with his disarming trick while activating the Amulet of Isis. As I am not positive he needs to specifically activate it anymore, he will start physically fighting Havok as soon as possible, destroying/removing the Belt and Boots with his natural powers.

Situation for the Slumber Party:
Everyone:
Attacked by a quite possibly telepathic and telekinetic mini-Mask in a submarine, which qualifies as a vehicle and would give the clone full on speed.
Cuckoos: Back of the head hit with a pistol fired by Agent Smith at bullet timing speeds.
Havok: Delayed by Mask clone, fighting Taylor with item rip and Amulet of Isis power.
Voldemort:
Ripped in half by Black Prime.
Aang:
Can't really survive the Mask Sub. Has his Amulet ripped anyway.
Monkey:
Facing a full power Hank Henshaw.
Zatanna:
Fighting a more powerful magic user, amped by nearly limitless power. Facing off against a Mask Sub. Located for Arion by said sub.
Alpha 5:
Can't really survive the Mask Sub.
Elixir:
Can't really survive the Mask Sub.

Maskchester Black will start mass mind control for the enemy team, killing them in creative ways, as soon as he finishes killing Voldie.

Mask Subs will hunt down and kill everyone with telepathy (if they have it) and sonar.

Arion and Joan Taylor will join hands and search out any hidden enemies that went undiscovered by sonar. The two will join powers and can pretty much defeat anything around with their combo of Taylor's Gift, Arion's experience, and Watoomb's power. Ripping off items and dumping anyone left.

Hank Henshaw and New Henshaw will do battle with any remaining powers on the field, with New Henshaw keeping the enemy busy while Hank Henshaw dumps metal into organs he finds with x-ray vision, while invisible and intangible.

Agent Smith will give himself Doomsday hurting weapons and go to town, shooting everything he can find.

If Everything Goes to Hell

One of the clones will sit outside of the Pool Ship in Space. He will return to kill everyone assuming my team loses. Then he reveals that all the subs were nuclear powered, and blow them all up at once, destroying everything but himself in a toonforce explosion. If anyone else survives, he will do his best to destroy them all with all of his powers.

This clone will also provide any required telepathic defense during the battle, if possible and needed.

Note 1:
John/Joan is using his basic abilities here. Ripped items more times than I can count, same with detecting things. He interfaces directly with reality as shown in Sharper than a Serpent's Tooth, so he should find everything easily.

Note 2:
In general no one will do more than defend themselves and try to get passed enemies they aren't tasked with handling.

Note 3:
Everyone will use their full powers and abilities in battle be they natural or item based, everyone will react as best they can to any attempt at a surprise move, with Manchester Black Clone, Arion, John Taylor, Hank Henshaw, and finally Agent Smith joining in if anyone has considerable trouble with an enemy unless another order is given in the strategy.

Note 4:
John, Arion, and Manchester Black have all shown the ability to handle several actions at once. None of them will have trouble with there assignments.

Note 5:
John resisted Walker, Manchester Black is a top telepath, Arion has telepathic abilities of his own (I still believe that he hasn't lost them) and Black is defending his team anyway.

Note 6:
Everyone will engage in realistic movement. No one is just going to run across the ground because I said charge when I obviously meant that they fly or any other cute stuff. All my characters should be able to move through the breathable water without trouble or not really have to. Arion will give everyone who has trouble the ability to breath underwater.

Note 7:
Everyone will keep moving and try to keep the enemy team from clumping together to defend itself or gather for an attack.

Note 8:
Hank will attempt to create a New Henshaw around the Rat Talisman with magic if we have time. This New Henshaw will bond with the Pool Ship and send out avatars to fight.

Note 9:
Arion will dump anyone who can't be killed or controlled.

Note 10:
Once everyone they are tasked with taking down is done, everyone will join in to take out enemy characters.

Arion will use TK and dumping.
Manchester Black will kill with telekinesis.
John Taylor will disarm, depower and knock out with the Isis powers.
Hank Henshaw will kill by releasing shards of himself into people.
Agent Smith will kill with Doomsday cutting lasers.

Note 11:
Just in case it wasn't obvious from my earlier section, Hank Henshaw will only be intangible when not striking his enemies.

Also Hank Henshaw will attempt to lodge tendrils inside of his enemies while invisible and intangible and detach them, turning them tangible.

Lucy Liu is mostly kept in reserve. Partly because of my twisting space around in knots with boom tubes, partly because she probably breaks in the water. If she doesn't she is used in the endgame as another threat.

Note 12:
If Henshaw is about to be killed or dumped he transfers himself to the Pool Ship and creates a new body for himself as best he can and keeps up the fight. Creating a new body and sending out both avatars and New Henshaw to fight.

Note 13:
Henshaw will use technopathy for all items he wields. Turning invisible and intangible at will when he doesn't have to be tangible to attack.

Note 14:
Arion will use TK and Henshaw his tendril drop to counter any attempt at physical attack. They will have a massive advantage with the protection of the Motherbox's Boom Tubes.

Lord V: Lord V put everyone but Aang in a dome, then move out of the water.

Aang: Quickly jumps out of the pool and bends the water around the whole other team, then frezzes it.

Lord V: Still making the dome. He shoot very powerful energy blast at the other team.

Monkey: Will charge and attack Cyborg Superman. he will use his powers to take Cyborg out.

Havok will shot an extreme power blast at Black, this should hold him back.

Aang: Spirt bends Black. Killing him

Part 2
Monkey or Havoc shoots the gender belt off of John Taylor. Taylor can't use the Amulet of Isis anymore. Voldemort puts Aang in a bubble with Taylor and Aang sucks the air from him.

Elixir matches Arion's speed. Combined, the Cuckoos stop him long enough for Elixir's death side to kill him.

Didn't Aang need to be really close to Ozai to spirit bend? And ice against Maskchester? Not seeing it.

Joan, will be able to avoid freezing, just needs to sat "I am Isis" if that.
Henshaw, can tank it so easily it isn't funny.
Arion, bubble autoshields.

Anything to survive the ripped in half nature of Voldie?

Um, this works pretty well unless Monkey is far stronger than I have heard. Monkey loses a straight fight here.

Havok will shot an extreme power blast at Black, this should hold him back.

Not really. Especially not the Black army.

Spirit bending does not work that way. Only worked for bending, Black's powers come from the Mask and his own brain tumor.

Part 2

Actually the gender change is permanent. Also, Taylor's manipulated air before by pulling it out of lungs.

Elixir matches Arion's speed. Combined, the Cuckoos stop him long enough for Elixir's death side to kill him.

Um, Arion has his own massive speed. Feats on request. Arion's mind is shielded.

Also, no use of Zatanna? Or the Glass Eye?

IIRC he had to touch him. Also, using Spirit Bending is highly iffy anyway. May or may not work under the best of circumstances for different mystic powers, but Black can rip Aang in half rather easily.

Also, Black's invisibility isn't countered at all here.

Now, Black's cloning ability isn't countered at all. Neither is the telepathy or telekinesis, really.

Zee does nothing, so she can be defeated extremely easily. by Arion, enabling the join hands with him and Joan, who is also pretty much uncountered.

Smith isn't even mentioned.

Henshaw just wins his fight without trying.

Rat Talisman is also a free agent.

Voldie gets torn in half...

Sigh, I call BS on Black making a bunch of mini-clones in submarines. How many weeks has Black had the mask isn't this the first one? I just can't see him pulling off a move that I don't see regular mask users really being able to do.

I can't really see that happening either.

Black is a serious character - unless the character in the Mask is a total loser or at least mildly comical, the Mask's powers aren't really ever utilised in humorous toony ways.

I know the film isn't the version we use, but I refer to it here because it's what most people are familiar with:

Remember when Tyrell got hold of it? He became a ruthless, almost horror-like character.

Sure, he had the powers, but he wasn't particularly comically creative.

Still leaning Wyld though.
