Well both are operating at speed of thought Alan Scott doesnt have the auto shield feats that the Oan GL's do, Sue's shields have been able to withstand worse that Scotts output in the past and nothing Scott can do to stop her from blinding him putting a bubble in his brain giving him a coronary ect.

Pretty much Alan 's blast against Sue raising shields. Once they are raised then she has loads of options. Also what autoshield feats does Alan Scott have?

Though I wouldn't say 50/50 I'd give advantage to Sue. If they both think at the axact same picosecond Scott's blast still has to extend 100 ft while sue's shield only needs to cover a bit more than 6 ft.

You have no basis to say this whatsoever. Alan Scott can instantaneously blast the entire arena the moment he thinks of it. You're severely lowballing him to somehow try and claim this would take more than a thought. There's no "extend". He thinks. Entire arena in green energy death.

He thinks, entire arena occupied by solid construct under which Sue Storm is goo.

It's 50/50 at best.
